Preject KAOSPILOT
KAOSPILOT, an innovative educational institution with the mission to “educate the leaders of tomorrow for what comes next” has introduced the concept of a “preject” into their project management system. The goal of this is to offer “connection before context.”

Projecation Onomichi (COPILOT)
COPILOT is a project management firm that operates predominantly through remote work around Japan. In 2023, they hosted a diverse group of volunteers in Onomichi with the goal of deepening team unity and creating stronger cohesion for their current projects. During the two-day projecation experience, they strengthened their bonds and developed a shared language inspired by the port city's maritime culture.
